Ham and Pineapple Dip

1 jar cream cheese
1/2 cup cream
4 slices ham (chopped very small)
2 slices pineapple (chopped very small)
2 gherkins (chopped)

Method: Beat cream until thick then add all other ingredients and chill until served.
