Refreshing Aperitif

1 x 15oz. tin crushed pineapple
1 x 15oz. tin grapefruit juice (unsweetened)

Method: Mix together in plastic container and freeze. Next day, break up with fork and refreeze. Spoon into small comport, pour 1 teaspoon Crème de Menthe over top and place red cherry on top.
